Ingredients:
- medium size cauliflower
- olive oil for deep-fry
- 1 tsp dried coleander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- lemon juice
- 2-3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Method:
1. Clean the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
2. Pre-heat the olive oil in the deep fry pan.
3. Pieces of cauliflower dip in the pre-heated olive oil. Fry until they turn gold.
4. Mix extra-virgin olive oil with fresh lemon juice, sea salt, pepper, coleander, fennel seeds and ground cumin.
5. Ready cauliflower mix with olive oil mixture and serve immediately.
